Mama's One Sauce Sea Food Po Boy

INGREDIENTSTwo skillets
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp minced garlic 
1/3 cup Mama's One Sauce (mild, spicy, fire - amt based upon your preference)
2 tbsp butter 
Shrimp
potato hot dog bun
1-1/3 cups cole slaw or shredded lettuce

PREPARATION
1. Turn stove on medium to high heat shave garlic into (1st) nonstick skillet with olive oil heat that up to get the garlic flavor infused into the olive oil
2. Drop your shrimp or scallops into the garlic infused olive oil cook halfway
3. Pour your choice of Mama's One Sauce into the skillet cook until your seafood is fully cooked 
4. Using the 2nd skillet melt butter, Put your potato hotdog bun down in the butter to make a big crouton flip that over onto a plate after browning to your preference
5. Spoon the shrimp or scallops smothered (based upon your preference) in Mama's One Sauce onto the buttered bun then put your cole slaw over top of your seafood

Mama's One Sauce Baked Chicken

INGREDIENTS
Chicken Breasts
Mama’s One Sauce
Olive Oil
Mayonnaise
Paprika

PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 425°F
1. Pound chicken 0.6" at the thickest part - using a rolling pin, meat mallet 
2. Mix ingredients
3. Line tray with foil
4. Place chicken upside down on tray. Drizzle chicken with about 1 tsp oil. Rub over with fingers. 5. Spread on ingredients
6. Flip chicken. Drizzle with 1 tsp oil, rub with fingers, spread on more ingredients, covering as much of the surface area as you can.
7. Bake 17-22 minutes, or until surface is golden 
8. Remove from oven and immediately transfer chicken to serving plates.

Add Mama’s One Sauce (according to your desired preference) 
Serve with asparagus, wild rice, salad or desired side dish.

Mama's One Sauce "All-in" Salad

INGREDIENTS
Olive or Coconut oil
Romaine chopped lettuce
Radishes (sliced)
Cooked garbanzos chickpeas (rinsed + drained)
Apples (sliced)
Cranberries
Almonds (sliced)
Chicken breasts (if desired)
Olives
Carrots
Mama’s One Sauce 

PREPARATION
Cut, Dice, Drain, Slice all ingredients according to personal preference.
Mix all Ingredients
Top with desired portion of Mama's One Sauce

Mama's One Sauce Penne Pasta

INGREDIENTS
Penne pasta
Mama’s One Sauce 
Butter
Olive oil
Canned or whole tomatoes
Pepper jack Cheese
Mozzarella Cheese
Parmesan Cheese
Fresh basil

Mama's One Sauce Chicken Strips

INGREDIENTS
2-3 lbs. chicken tenders or boneless strips
2 cup Mama's One Sauce (mild, spicy, fire - amt based upon your preference)
vegetable oil for frying
2 cups buttermilk divided
2 cups flour

PREPARATION
1.    Marinade chicken scripts in 2 cups buttermilk for at least 2 hours.
2.    Bring oil to 350-360F in a large frying pan, about 1 inch deep.
3.    Set aside Mama’s One Sauce in a shallow bowl.
4.    Remove the chicken strips from the buttermilk/and shake off the excess.
5.    Dip the chicken strip in flour and shake off excess.
6.    Gently place in the hot oil and fry, turning over when golden brown. Drain on paper towels or on a rack.
7.    Repeat until all chicken has been fried. 
8.    Gently dip the strips in Mama’s One Sauce or use brush onto the strips. 

Mama's One Sauce Sweet & Spicy Cocktail Meatballs

INGREDIENTS
Frozen meatballs or lean ground beef
Mama’s One Sauce 
Heavy Cream
Egg
Breadcrumbs

PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Mix together all meatball ingredients just until fully combined
3. Form into 1" meatballs
4. Bake for 18-20 minutes (or bake frozen meatballs according to package directions)
5. Combine sauce ingredients in a small saucepan over medium-low heat 
6. Allow to come to a boil for 1 minute
7. Toss with meatballs and allow to simmer on low 10-15 minutes.

Add Mama’s One Sauce (according to your desired preference) 
Serve with potatoes, broccoli, salad or desired side dish.
 

Mama's One Sauce Salmon

INGREDIENTS
Salmon fillets skin on or off
Mama’s One Sauce 
Vegetable oil for cooking

PREPARATION
1. Place salmon in a zippered bag or bowl 
2. Coat with Mama’s One Sauce. No need to marinate
3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat
4. Add salmon and cook for 3 – 4 minutes until deep golden. 
5. Turn and cook the other side for 3 – 4 minutes. Transfer to serving plates.

Add additional Mama’s One Sauce (according to your desired preference) 
Serve with mashed potatoes, cauliflower, salad or desired side dish.

Mama's One Sauce Dipping Sauce for ANY Snack

INGREDIENTS
Mama’s One Sauce
(Mild, Spicy, Fire – based upon your preference)
Potato Chips
Pretzels
Popcorn
Corn Chips
Tortillas
Crackers
EVERYTHING…

PREPARATION
1. Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil over high heat
2. Cook pasta in boiling water until the pasta has cooked through, but is still firm to the bite, approx 10 minutes. Drain.

1. Melt butter in large skillet over medium-high heat
2. Add butter, Mama’s One Sauce, and tomatoes
3. Reduce heat to medium, and simmer for 10 minutes. 
4. Stir in Pepper Jack, Mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese. 
5. When cheese begins to melt, mix in cooked penne pasta.
